Reservations require a deposit of the first night's stay. For a stay of more than 4 nights, the deposit is 25% of the total price of your stay. The balance of payment for your stay is due at check in time.

Rooms are ready by 5pm. Please inform us if a later check in time is necessary. Check out time is 11am.

There is a fee of 50% of the deposit for a cancellation if we are able to rebook the room for the same period. The cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit if we are not able to rebook the room for the same period.

In summer, we prepare the evening meal when there are at least 4 people at the table.

We can accommodate animals only by advance arrangement at 10 € for the first night and 6 € for each additional night and with conditions.

Shops and restaurants are 10 km from Chasteuil, there are no shops or restaurants in Chasteuil.

Drivers and Motorcyclists: One reaches the Hamlet of Chasteuil located 2.5 km from the D952 on a small mountain road: the "C2". The small road is narrow and winding and at times you may have to pull over to let another car pass. Although the road is asphalted, it is sometimes has gravel on it. Most motorcyclists do not have a problem on this small road, but big-engine motorcycles sometimes have a tricky time getting up the hill. We want you to know in advance.

Parking for our guests is located 100m from the Inn. Our guests should temporarily stop in the road in front of the Inn to check in and unload their luggage. Then we will show you where to park. We do not have an enclosed or covered car park.
