You do not need a PayPal account to make payments with your credit card. 

  • 33% of the rental amount will be requested upon booking, payable within 7 days of booking.

  • If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

  • This payment can be made by bank transfer,  cash, credit or debit card via PayPal, or PayPal invoice when confirming the reservation.

  • Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit will not be refundable but will be deducted from the total amount to be paid *.

The balance is due at the entrance to the premises

  • The balance of the rent, the security deposit, the tourist tax and the cleaning fee.

  • Cleaning charge. € 25.00

  • Tourist tax, € 1.10 per person over 18 years old, per night.

  • The security deposit is € 250. The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned at the exit after checking the premises.  

  • Heating and electricity are included.

  • Oak firewood for the fireplace, € 5.00 per day.

Cancellation policy

In the event of unexpected travel restrictions, imposed by the government, the deposit will be fully refunded, less bank or PayPal charges, if applicable.

House rules

  • It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Parties/meetings are not allowed.

  • Please respect the silence between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.

 

Shops and services

  • Many food stores and restaurants can be found in our region at a distance of 2 to 10 km depending on the season.

  • Most shops and services are in Castellane.

  • The open-air market days are Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Castellane.

  • Chasteuil has a lot of charm but does not have food stores, restaurants, or services.
